The Raglan Museum will be closed from Wednesday 1st July to Friday 3rd July.
Back in March, the Waikato District Council announced that it would be closing the Raglan i-SITE at the end of June. This means that Tuesday 30th June is the last day that the i-SITE will be open.
Since the Raglan Museum opened in 2012 the i-SITE has provided the museum entry service in conjunction with providing visitor information services.
Raglan Museum Society volunteers will be staffing the entry foyer from 10am on Saturday 4th July. At the moment work is underway on final health & safety arrangements for this new way of working.
Talks facilitated by the Raglan Community Board are continuing on providing a Raglan visitor information service in the museum entry foyer. This would be provided by a Raglan community organisation.
